Code of conduct
All work processes carried out are defined in advance with all applicable parties. Should there be any changes midway through, the affected party will be informed immediately and new processes discussed to maintain transparency.
This code of conduct was written and published on 7th of March 2025, and re-evaluated on 16th of August 2026.
Communication rules
All clients and stakeholders will be given full confidentiality regarding their matters.
All interlocutors in a setting are to be handled with respect and empathy, while neutrality is maintained to protect professional integrity.
Should two or more interlocutors be included in a setting, all applicable parties will be expected to show the same respect and care towards each other.
Communication is kept transparent and honest, and flow of information maintained between all parties at all times, as long as it does not breach the privacy policy.

Privacy policy
All personal data is handled in accordance with European legislation on GDPR . This site focuses on limiting all collection and storing of personal data.
General processing of personal data
All individuals are asked not to send personal information through the contact box, email, or any other means used to contact Sunna Arnardottir. Any unsolicited information received will be deleted without processing.
No personal information logged in the contact box is sold to or shared with a third party.
If personal information is requested, individuals are asked to keep all data within their own systems and in their own possession and only share temporarily through a secure remote connection without any download taking place.
Should several individuals request assistance on the same matter, utmost care will be taken not to share private information from one party to the next unless the party the information is about gives consent before any information changes hands.
Should Sunna Arnardottir ever request and receive information from an individual, said information is deleted from all systems after inspection and never shared with a third party.
Website visitors and cookies
There are no cookies issued by the website, and no information regarding viewers of the site is stored beyond a simple count of how many individuals open each page, without storing any identifiable information.
No requests for personal information should come from the site.
Newsletter
The subscribe feature logs the email given by the subscriber.
If the subscriber does not verify their email address, the subscriber will not receive any newsletters and their email will be deleted from the server.
If the subscriber does verify their email address, the subscriber will receive newsletters whenever a new post is published.
A list of emails is never collected from the newsletter form, and no information is ever given out to a third party.
Means to unsubscribe from further newsletters can be found in all sent newsletters – or the subscriber can request their email removed by using the contact form.
Contact form
The contact form logs the given name and email of the sender, along with the visitor’s chosen message. The form is kept on the server until responded to or deleted.
After the inquiry has been responded to, all personal information, along with the message, is deleted from the server.
Using the contact form does not sign the visitor up for any communications except those requested by the visitor in the contact form’s message.
No list of names or emails is collected from the contact form, and no information is ever given out to a third party.
Embedded content from other sites
Embedded content from other sites operates from its host site privacy policy. These sites may collect information, use cookies, or track usage of the embedded content.
Please refer to the applicable embedded content site and its privacy policy.
Steps will be taken to limit all use of embedded content to minimize any unnecessary collection of personal information.
Deletion of, or information requests
Should any exchange of personal information take place, either willingly or accidentally sent from an individual or group, all data is deleted upon discovery.
