Sunna Arnardottir will hold a lecture about “Competent and incompetent managers and leaders” for Dokkan on 10th. of March 2023 from 09:00-09:45 GMT.
If a manager is incompetent in their job, the consequences can be multifaceted and include reduced productivity, poor customer service and/or communication between employees and customers.
The lecture will go over the manifestations of incompetent managers and their impact on employees and the business entity.
