Goal Setting is For Dweebs

A goal is something you want for yourself in the future, whether it be changes to your life, yields you an object, moves you to a setting, or what ever else you can think of. A goal can be set for short term or for long term, it can have a very specific purpose or have an ending that can be generalized to an extent. A goal is what ever you want it to be, it can be about what ever you want it to be about, and it can be set up in any way you want. Anyone who tells you otherwise is being pretentious, ignore them, they’re just trying to make themselves feel important.

A goal has one purpose, and one purpose only. To benefit you, to make you happy, to bring positive results for you. Your goal is for you, and only you.

For something that has no rules, except to be positive for the one setting the goal, setting a goal can seem very complicated. Instead of focusing on how to set a goal with rules and clear definitions, let’s simplify what a goal is and how to achieve it so that we can more easily approach this matter without stressing too much about it.
